材料 Ingredients:
A)
牛油 115克
115g butter
糖粉 70克
70g icing sugar
盐 1/4茶匙
1/4tsp salt
鸡蛋 1粒
1 egg
B)
绿茶 2小包
2 small sachets of green tea
滚水 60毫升
60ml hot water
C)
面粉 175克
175g plain flour
发粉 半茶匙
1/2tsp baking powder
奶粉 3汤匙
3tbsps milk powder
用具 Material & utensil needed:
花嘴 1个
1 piping bag
挤花袋 1个
1 nozzle
做法 Method:
1. 以150°预热烤箱。
1. Preheat oven at 150°C。
2. 将(B)料泡好, 茶水及保留一包茶叶。
2. Steep ingredients (B) for 5 minutes。 Keep tea and 1 sachet of residue as needed。
3. 将(A) 料搅拌成乳白状及松发, 加入(2)及(C) 料拌成软团。
3. Cream Ingredients (A) until light and fluffy。 Add in no。2 and fold in ingredient (C) until just blended。
4. 将(3)装入已放花嘴的挤花袋内, 在铺了烘培纸的烤盘上挤成“O”形。
4. Spoon no。3 into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle。 Pipe “O” shapes onto lined baking trays。
5. 将(4)放入烤箱烘20至25分钟或至熟, 取出待凉后收在不透风的罐子里。
5. Bake no。4 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked。 Cool cookies well, store in airtight containers。
