Black chicken has less fat. It replenishes the blood, energizes the qi, nourishes the yin and strengthens the kidneys, Liquorice root strengthens the bones, promotes muscle growth, strengthens the body and detoxifies. Black beans also nourushes the yin, tonifies the blood, improves the liver and kidneys, improve eyesight and eases the mind.
材料 Ingredients:
龙眼干 10克
10g dried longans
黑豆 100克 (洗净)
100g black beans (rinsed)
乌鸡 (洗净, 切成4块) 1只
1 black chicken (rinsed and cut into 4 pieces)
甘草 2片
2 slices liquorice root (gan cao)
清水 1.5公升
1.5 litres water
盐 少许
some salt
做法 Method:
1. 将黑豆放入干锅内以小火炒至香和豆壳裂开。 搁置待用。
1. Stir-fry black beans in a dry wok over low heat till fragrant or till beans crack。 Set aside。
2. 龙眼干和干草洗净。
2. Rinse dried longans and liquorice root。
3. 将清水倒入汤锅内煮沸, 加入所有材料。
3. Bring water to a boil in a soup pot and add in the remaining ingredients。
4. 以小火煮2 1/2 ~ 3小时。 以盐调味即可。
4. Cook over low heat for 2 1/2 ~ 3hours。 Season with salt。Serve。
