Ingredients 材料:
11g ling zhi
灵芝 11克
4 nos honey date
蜜枣 4粒
20g dried longan
桂圆 20克
300g lean meat
猪瘦肉 300克
2500ml water
清水 2500毫升
coarse salt to taste
粗盐 适量

2. Soak and rinse remaining herbs for a few times。 Drain and set aside。
2. 其他材料浸泡洗净数次沥干备用。
3. Put all Ingredients in a pot。 Bring to a boil over high heat。 Turn to low heat and simmer for 3 hours。Season with salt。
3. 将所有材料及水注入锅中, 大火煲至水滚转小火继续煲3小时, 放盐调味即可。
