Ingredients 材料:
三文鱼 两片
2 salmon fillet
Marinade 腌料:
绍兴酒 1茶匙
1tsp wine (Hua Tiao Chiew)
盐 1茶匙
1tsp salt
Method 做法:
1. 鱼处理干净。
1. Clean fish。
2. 在鱼片上抹上酒和盐, 腌制约10分钟。
2. Rub fish with wine and salt, set aside for about 10 minutes。
3. 烧热三大匙油, 放入鱼, 先以大火煎至表面带黄, 改以小火煎至金黄色。
3. Heat 3 tbsps of oil, then add fish to pan-fry over high heat till has browned on the surface, turn down the heat,continue fry fish over low heat until golden brown in colour。
4. 翻面, 同样以大火煎至表面呈黄, 改以小火煎, 起锅前再用大火煎双面即可。
4. Turn over and pan-fry the other side。 Before dishing out, turn up the heat again to crisp up both side。
5. 吃前挤些柠檬汁在鱼面上。
5. Served with lemon cuice。
