趁着有回娘家, 烤了这核桃麦面包回去给妈妈。 妈妈说慢慢嚼着能吃出核桃和麦的香味, 不会甜, 适合她的口味! 嘻嘻!
材料 Ingredients:
A)面团 Dough
高筋面粉 230克
230g High protein flour
全麦面粉 50克
50g Wholemeal flour
全麦面粉 50克

幼糖 35克

幼盐 3克

即溶酵母 3克

B)
冷水 180ml
180ml coldwater
C)
马芝琳(菜油) 30g
30g margarine
核桃(切碎) 100g
100g walnut (chopped)

做法 Method:
1. 将材料A混合拌匀, 加入材料B, 搅拌成团。 加入材料C搅拌至光滑及有弹性面团。
1. Mix Indredients A until well combined. Add Ingredients B and mix into dough. Add Ingredients C and mix until the dough shinny and elastic.2. 将面团置于温和处, 盖好休面大约50分钟或双倍大。
2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 50 minutes or until double in size.
3. 将面团分割成6份,每份大约110g并揉成一个小球,再让面团休面10分钟。
3. Divide the dough into 6 portions of 1100g each. Roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes.
4. 再次搓圆, 放入已涂油的烤盘上, 再做最后发酵50分钟或双倍大。
4. Shape into balls again and arrange in a greased baking tray。 Let it rise for another 50
minutes or until double in size。
5. 表面洒上少许芝麻, 放入预热190°的烤炉, 烤15~20分钟或表面金黄色即可。
5. Sprinkle some seasame on top, bake in a preheated oven at 190° for 15~20 minutes or until light golden brown.
