1杯 糙米
1 cup brown rice
1杯 水
1 cup Water
2个 大番茄, 约360g
2 large Tomato, about 360g
1/2茶匙 盐
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2汤匙 橄榄油
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2杯 肉碎 (或火腿2片)
1/2 cup minced meat (or 2 slices of ham)
1/2杯 西兰花,玉米笋, 汆烫,切小
1/2 cup Broccoli, baby corn blanched and cut to florets
1/2 cup Broccoli, baby corn blanched and cut to florets
做法 Method:
1. 米洗净后放入电饭锅内加水。(跟平常煮饭一样)。加入盐和橄榄油,混合均匀。
1. Rinse rice and add water (or according to your normal amount) into rice cooker. Add olive oil and salt into it, mix well.2. 将番茄画十字架,放在锅内。开电煮饭。
2. Make a criss cross slit on the bottom side of the tomato and place it into the pot and start to cook rice.
3. 饭煮好后压烂番茄,拿掉番茄根蒂,与饭拌均匀。然后加入火腿及西兰花,少许胡椒粉拌均匀。再加一点新鲜的番茄丁在饭上即可享用。
3. When the rice is cooked, remove tomato stem. Mash tomato with a rice paddle and toss well. Add in the ham and broccoli, mix well again with a dash of pepper. Add more fresh chopped tomatoes on rice and serve immediately.
