它, 没有吸睛的外表,
它, 也没有特别的口味,
它, 平凡无奇却能带来温饱。
像我妈妈一样~ 没有种种, 却有满满对孩子的爱, 包容, 奉献。。。
这是我第一次亲手烤给妈妈的面包, 妈妈不爱甜食, 面包也只爱没馅料的, 所以这很适合她,她就爱泡杯牛奶沾着来吃。
至于妈妈的评语呢?嗯,我想, 每位妈妈都一样, 会夸大自己孩子的优点, 放小缺点。哈哈!
A)面团 Dough
高筋面粉 400克
400g High protein flour
全麦面粉 100克
100g Wholemeal flour
全麦面粉 100克
100g Wholemeal flour
幼糖 50克
50g Caster sugar
幼盐 6克
6g salt
即溶酵母 6克
6g Instant yeast
6g Instant yeast
B)
冷水 310ml
310ml coldwater
C)
牛油 30g
30g Butter
30g Butter
做法 Method:
1. 将材料A混合拌匀, 加入材料B, 搅拌成团。 加入材料C搅拌至光滑及有弹性面团。
1. Mix Indredients A until well combined. Add Ingredients B and mix into dough. Add Ingredients C and mix until the dough shinny and elastic.
2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 50 minutes or until double in size.
3. 将面团分割成3份,每份大约300g并揉成一个小球,再让面团休面10分钟。
3. Divide the dough into 3 portions of 300g each. Roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes.
4. 把面团擀薄然后卷起。放入已涂油的长条型烘模内(我用9寸x3寸x3寸),每个烘模放入1粒面团。
4. Roll the dough flat and then roll it up。 Put each portion of dough into greased rectangular baking tin (i’m used 9”x3” x3”).
5. 让面团发酵45分钟或至八分满。
5. Let it rise for another 45 minutes or until 80% full.
6. 放入预热200°的烤炉, 烤25~30分钟或表面金黄色即可。
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 25~30 minutes or until light golden brown.
7. 面包烘熟后马上将面包从烘模内移出, 即可。
7. Remove the bread from tin immediately once it is cooked.
