做法 Method:
1。鱼去腮,去内脏,洗净后,沥干水分。

2。放一汤匙油, 烧热加入豆鼓,蒜仁碎和姜丝爆香, 待用。

3。锅里加凉水,烧开后再将鱼放置在蒸架子上盖好锅盖,冒气后大火蒸6分钟左右。
