从小就爱吃这芝麻球,芝麻球有花生馅,红豆馅,莲蓉馅等, 依玛密最爱吃的是红豆馅, 依八八就常买花生馅。在外买回来外皮都已经有些软软的, 有些还一咬下去有一堆油流出来(⊙o⊙)… 那天看见了这食谱就赶快收起来, 在家自己做做看。
材料 Ingredients::
1) 糯米粉 glutinous rice flour 150g
2) 澄面粉 wheat flour 30g
3) 幼糖 granulated sugar 60g
4) 滚水 boiling water 180g
5) 油 oil 15g
馅料 Filling ingredients: :
1) 现成红豆馅 ready-made red bean paste 120g
Coating Ingredients::
1) 炒香白芝麻 适量 some toasted white sesame seeds
做法 Method: :
1) 在一个大碗中把糯米粉,澄面粉和幼糖混合均匀之后,倒入滚水用汤匙讯速拌匀成粗面团,待温度降至可以用手触碰之后,取出加入油慢慢搓至成光滑面团。
1) Combine glutinous rice flour, wheat flour and sugar well together in a big bowl, pour in boiling water and stir quickly with spoon to form flaky dough, when dough’s temperature drops to touchable level, set on a flat surface and add in oil. Knead to form smooth dough.
2) 把红豆馅均分成适当大小,分别搓成圆球状。接着把芝麻面团分切成适当大小后,分别搓成圆球状,再用手在中间按出个凹洞,接着放入1颗红豆圆球,在封口包好.
2) Divide red bean paste into equally small portions, roll to form ball shape. Divide dough into several equally small portions, roll all separately to form ball shape. Use hand to press and form a hole in the middle, put in 1 ball of red bean paste, wrap and seal well.
3) 然后沾湿表面后粘上白芝麻。重复此步骤直到用完所有材料。
3) Pat the surface with water to moist it slightly and coat evenly with white sesame . Repeat this step until finished using all ingredients.
4) 在锅中烧热油,用150度油温炸至芝麻球膨胀和浮至油面,捞起沥干即可。
4) Heat oil in pot, deep-fry sesame balls over 150c heat until sesame balls swell up and float to the surfaceof oil, dish out and drain away excessive oil. Serve.
趁稍微凉了些就塞进嘴里, 嗯, 好香~ 芝麻和外皮炸得酥香的, 咬下去有点咔哧声, 还有依玛密最爱的豆沙馅~ 好好吃哦! 这次只弄了一半的份量, 就只有六个, 依玛密, 依八八和依哥哥每人各2粒就完了, 下次再弄多一些! 嘻嘻!
依弟弟呢? 怎么没分给他吃呢? 啊! 早上6点开始弄, 七点就做完, 洗好全部用具, 依弟弟还没起床, 所以就偷偷没预他那份了! 哈哈! 下次再给他吃哦!
